1. Membership and Participation
- Eligibility: Participation in Kovai Moto Tribe events is open to individuals who meet the age and licensing requirements. Riders must hold a valid motorcycle license and have a roadworthy motorcycle.
- Registration: Riders must register for events through the official Kovai Moto Tribe website or designated registration process. All required information must be provided accurately.
- Compliance: Riders must adhere to all local traffic laws, regulations, and guidelines during participation in any event. Helmets and appropriate riding gear are mandatory.
2. Safety and Conduct
- Safety Gear: All participants must wear helmets, gloves, jackets, and other appropriate protective gear during rides.
- Alcohol and Substance Use: Riding under the influence of alcohol or any other substances is strictly prohibited.
- Behavior: Riders must conduct themselves in a manner that ensures the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Aggressive or reckless riding is not tolerated.
- Respect: Riders must respect fellow participants, road users, and the general public at all times.
3. Event Rules
- Route Compliance: Participants must follow the designated route and adhere to the instructions of ride leaders or marshals.
- Timeliness: Riders are expected to arrive on time for pre-ride briefings and scheduled departure times.
- Mechanical Condition: Participants are responsible for ensuring their motorcycles are in safe and roadworthy condition. Any mechanical issues should be addressed before the ride.
- Emergencies: In case of an emergency, riders must inform the ride leader or marshal immediately. First aid kits and emergency contacts should be readily available.
4. Liability and Waiver
- Assumption of Risk: By participating in Kovai Moto Tribe events, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with motorcycling and agree to assume all risks of injury or damage.
- Waiver of Liability: Kovai Moto Tribe, its organizers, members, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in any event.
- Insurance: Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage. Kovai Moto Tribe does not provide insurance for participants.
5. Privacy and Use of Information
- Personal Information: By registering for events, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event administration and communication purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Media Release: By participating in events, you grant Kovai Moto Tribe the right to use photographs, videos, and other media of you for promotional and marketing purposes.
6. Amendments and Termination
- Changes to Terms: Kovai Moto Tribe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via the official website or email.
- Termination of Participation: Kovai Moto Tribe reserves the right to terminate the participation of any rider who violates these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
