Ride to Malampuzha: A Day of Thrills and Tranquility with Kovai Moto Tribe Riders
Weekend of 28th July, the Kovai Moto Tribe set out on an exhilarating ride that took us through winding roads, lush landscapes, and into the heart of Malampuzha. The morning air was crisp, the sky painted in soft pastels as we geared up and revved our engines. There’s something magical about starting a ride just as the world is waking up, and that day was no exception.
Our first stop was at the famed Ramasseri Idly shop, where we indulged in a breakfast that was nothing short of legendary. The idlis, soft and steaming, paired perfectly with the local chutneys and sambar, giving us the energy boost we needed for the journey ahead. As we sipped on our tea, the conversation flowed as easily as the early morning traffic, full of laughter and anticipation for what lay ahead.
With our spirits high and our bellies full, we continued our ride towards Malampuzha Dam. The roads were smooth, the ride effortless, and the weather seemed to be on our side, providing the perfect balance of cloudy and breeze. As we neared the dam, the landscape opened up to reveal the stunning Kava area, where the lush greenery meets the serene waters, creating a postcard-perfect scene.
We parked our bikes and took a moment to simply breathe it all in. The tranquility of Kava is something that words can scarcely describe. Returning to our starting point, we shared a few last laughs, some parting words, and a promise to do it all again soon.
